Job Title: HCM Techno Functional Analyst


Location: Kolkata


Experience Range: 8 - 10 Years


Experience with a minimum of two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or in a supporting role for Oracle Fusion HCM Application modules - Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Goals, Compensation, OTL and Payroll Processing


Must-Have :

● Expertise in HCM Payroll Cloud - Payroll processing

● Expertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, OTL, Absence Management, Benefits is preferred

● Good Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Reporting tools of BI Publisher and OTBI based reporting

● Hierarchy and HCM security requirements identification.

● Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

● Communication and Analytical skills

● Understanding of role provisioning

● Understanding and experience in Configurations/fast formulas and BPM Approvals is desirable
