TCS is hiring for Oracle HCM Techno Functional analyst and

Senior Oracle HCM Techno Functional Analyst Role

Location: Kolkata/PAN INDIA

Experience: 7 to 10 years


Must-Have


Expertise in HCM Payroll Cloud - Payroll processing

Expertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, OTL, Absence Management, Benefits is preferred

Good Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Reporting tools of BI Publisher and OTBI based reporting

Hierarchy and HCM security requirements identification.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Communication and Analytical skills

Understanding of role provisioning

Understanding and experience in Configurations/fast formulas and BPM Approvals is desirable


for Senior Oracle HCM Techno Functional Analyst Role


Experience with a minimum of four Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or in a supporting role for Oracle Fusion HCM Application modules - Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Goals, Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor , Helpdesk and UK Payroll Processing


Must-Have


Experience with a minimum of four Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or in a supporting role for Oracle Fusion HCM Application modules - core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent and Goals.

Proven experience in HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formula, BPM Approvals, PBL.

Development of core HR reports using relevant Oracle reporting functionality (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics etc.)

Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and working understanding of Integrations and Release Management

Expertise in HCM Payroll Cloud - Payroll processing

Expertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits is preferred

Hierarchy and HCM security requirements identification.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Communication and Analytical skills
