Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction: • Welcome and assist customers visiting the experience store. • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored furniture solutions. • Deliver walkthroughs of the store and share project portfolios to showcase our expertise. 2. Lead Management: • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, real estate brokers, and references. • Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and progress. 3. Sales Process Execution: • Explain the design process, pricing, and customization options to customers. • Share tentative BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and manage customer expectations. • Collect rendering charges and facilitate customer site visits with the design team. 4. Target Achievement: • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. • Drive footfall to the store through proactive outreach and follow-ups. 5. Coordination: • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless customer service. • Assist with order processing, approvals, and follow-ups during the production phase. 6. Ground Sales Activities: • Distribute marketing materials and interact with potential customers in high-rise societies. • Assist in organizing canopy setups, pamphlet distribution, and meetings with society management for branding opportunities.
