Counter Salesperson

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend to customers at the counter and assist with product selection.
- Provide information on product features, pricing, and offers.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales transactions.
- Maintain product display and ensure stock availability.
- Address customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support in stock management, inventory updates, and order placement.
- Assist in achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
- Report daily sales and customer feedback to the supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain ethical sales practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in counter sales/retail (FMCG preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and cash handling.
- Pleasant personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
