Job Title: Immigration ConsultantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to work with immigration applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Canadian immigration processes and excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client information and documents for immigration applications, including PR, Work Permit, Study Permit, Visitor Visa, Spousal Sponsorship, LMIA, Business Visa, and other related applications.Prepare, complete, and submit applications in accordance with IRCC requirements, drafting supporting forms, checklists, and submissions as needed.Maintain open communication with clients regarding application progress, timelines, and next steps, providing exceptional service and maintaining confidentiality.Stay organized and maintain accurate records of case files, reviewing completed applications before submission.Stay up-to-date on Canadian immigration rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.Required Skills and QualificationsPrior experience in immigration case filing, paralegal, or consultant assistant roles is preferred, with a strong knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and the IRCC portal.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with MS Office, PDFs, and online immigration filing portals, as well as the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.Additional preferred skills include experience drafting SOPs, submission letters, responding to procedural fairness letters, customer service experience, and knowledge of privacy and document security best practices.BenefitsThe ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely from the Eastern Standard Timezone and contribute to a dynamic team.Please note that we value diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
