As a skilled and self-motivated International Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound international calls to introduce our IT services. You will work closely with our sales team to qualify leads based on need, budget, and interest level, and schedule appointments/demos accordingly. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle objections confidently will enable you to effectively move conversations towards meaningful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound international calls (US/UK/Canada/Europe) to introduce our IT services.Qualify leads based on need, budget, and interest level.Schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.Maintain an accurate record of call notes and follow-ups in the CRM.Required Skills:Strong communication skills with a clear, neutral accent suitable for US/UK calls.Experience in international calling, inside sales, customer support, or appointment setting (IT industry preferred).Comfort with CRMs, spreadsheets, and basic outreach workflows.Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.Benefits:This is a long-term position for the right candidate.
