As a Community Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships within our community, planning and executing engagement initiatives, and moderating our community platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships within the community.Create engaging content and plan events that foster discussion, connection, and collaboration among community members.Moderate and grow community platforms, ensuring they are relevant, useful, and enjoyable for all members.IDentify active community members and empower them to become ambassadors or champions of our community.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify campaigns and initiatives.Analyze and report community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Respond promptly to community queries, feedback, and issues with empathy and accuracy.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in community management, engagement, or related roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple channels and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Basic data analysis skills to measure engagement and track progress.Creative thinker with the ability to initiate and execute campaigns independently.
