Job RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Outreach Manager. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement outreach strategies that maximize visibility and reach to the target audience for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in key regions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement outreach strategies to achieve maximum visibility and reach to the target audience for UG and PG programs.Responsible for achieving outreach targets (Lead–Application–Admissions) for assigned regions.Establish relationships with schools, colleges, universities, tutors, and coaching centers in assigned territories to organize presentations and workshops.Engage with school/college authorities and student bodies to fix presentations and establish brand recognition.Presentation skills to engage with audiences independently or with faculty support.Identify opportunities with priority institutions that have previously provided quality students.Conduct events such as principals' meets, counsellors' meets, open houses, academic workshops, and education fairs.Negotiate participation investments.Analyze regional/national data analytics to identify trends, best practices, and growth strategies.Develop new ideas for outreach and engagement with prospective students and parents.Create calendars for outreach activities ensuring right audience is targeted.Coordinate with faculty members wherever their participation is required.Manage event logistics and arrangements.Requirements:Leadership experience with proven ability to achieve results through optimal resource utilization.Demonstrated external relations and corporate engagement skills with ability to convince stakeholders.Strong personal commitment to organization's vision, ambitions, and values.Proven ability to work effectively and respectfully across all staff groups.Sound judgment and courage to make informed decisions.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 6-12 years of relevant experience.Experience in education domain preferred.Networking with schools, colleges, and coaching institutions will be beneficial.Working Relationships:Internal - All departments and functions within the organization.External - University leadership, professional academic networks, societies, community organizations, government agencies, schools, and colleges.
