US Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Civil Engineering and Architecture, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.About this Opportunity:This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of global recruitment.
