If you have a passion for fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and engineer growth plans. You will identify hiring needs, partner with Talent/HR, and drive the technical hiring process. Your expertise in guiding architectural and technical decisions for scalable solutions will ensure we deliver high-quality products on time.You will oversee end-to-end engineering project delivery, ensuring quality and predictability. You will maintain high engineering standards around code quality, testing, and documentation. Additionally, you will champion best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and incident management. Collaborating with Product, Design, and Business teams, you will define roadmaps and align priorities.To succeed in this role, you must be able to translate complex product requirements into actionable technical plans. You will communicate project progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.
