Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional NOC Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Network Operations Center (NOC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers across all shifts, ensuring consistent monitoring, alert handling, and operational routine execution.Main ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support a team of NOC engineers, setting priorities, distributing tasks, and maintaining workload balance within the team.Drive professional development through training, coaching, and ongoing feedback, conducting periodic 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and goal-setting.Recruit, onboard, and integrate new NOC engineers into the team, building and maintaining a culture of accountability, high performance, and service quality.Owning the day-to-day operations of the entire NOC function, ensuring all teams follow predefined procedures, escalation paths, and runbooks.Serve as the primary incident coordinator for major incidents (P1/P2), overseeing response efforts across shifts, and coordinating escalation to Tier 2/3, Infrastructure, Security, and relevant stakeholders.RequirementsFamiliarity with network operations, incident management, and team leadership.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with process improvement, documentation, and training.Ability to represent the NOC function in internal meetings, service reviews, and cross-team coordination sessions.BenefitsOpportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and professionals.Chance to drive process improvements and contribute to the growth of our organization.A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for career advancement.
