Job Opportunity Details:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to work with our offshore client.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & ReportingBuild, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI.Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization tools).ETL & Data Pipeline SupportWork with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).Version control experience (Git).Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.Exposure to statistical analysis or A/B testing.Proficiency in Looker (LookML is a plus)Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Work Mode: Fully RemoteShift Timing: Morning shift, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM ISTInternet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimumAbout Us:We are a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
