AI Product Development EngineerWe are seeking an experienced AI Product Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value work.Key Responsibilities:Develop AI-Enabled Products: Create innovative products that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.High-Performance Search and RAG: Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Evaluation Frameworks: Develop robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.Strong background in distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.Familiarity with AI Agent Stack: LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers, FAISS.Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.Our Team:Our team is a rapidly growing startup with a high-performance engineering culture that emphasizes personal accountability, autonomy, learning, and growth.Our approach is design-centric, underpinned by market analysis, user research, and a dedication to scientific thinking and automation.We value intelligence, respectful collaboration, and delivering high-quality code.
