Device Management Services Engineer

Looking for 3-5 years of overall experience with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in end user support aligned with device support.
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MacOS.
Minimum of 1 year experience within an Endpoint Privilege Management solutions.
Knowledge of device management technologies – Intune, JAMF, SCCM, Cyberark.
Strong communication skills, time management skills, ability to be agile and switch between tasks based on importance and priority.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Self-starter able to work with minimal instruction.
3 to 5 years experience in device management relevant 3 years experience in Cyberark EPM Technology.
Worked on deployment projects within the device management space as a contributor in a support capacity.
Working knowledge of managing security and compliance features, including security baselines and device compliance.
Strong documentation skills.
Microsoft, Mac or Security certifications.
Responsibilities
Configure and support Endpoint Privilege Management solution within Autodesk on end user compute managed device fleet.
Work to execute ongoing configurations and upgrades to the Endpoint Privilege Management solution according to plan.
Support ongoing requests to configuration changes to allow application elevation based on customer requirements and security recommendation.
Collaborate with security, engineers and other IT support groups through delivery of a configuration.
Work on reviews of the configurations as approved in the solution for audit purposes with endpoint security engineers, business units and device engineers as needed.
Leverage device management services such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF to deploy applications using security groups, deployment collections or smart/static groups.
Use Service Now and JIRA to track work related tasks from start to end.
Work closely with the Device Management engineers daily providing feedback on testing results, troubleshooting and any escalations that may need more engineering efforts or additional support.
Participate in agile project methodology the ensure delivery of team and individual project tasks.
