The selected candidate will draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, conduct title due diligences, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and represent clients in property-related transactions. Additional responsibilities include offering legal opinions, managing disputes, and advising clients on regulatory matters related to the real estate sector.Qualifications- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including real estate purchase agreements, leases, and contracts.- Strong knowledge of title due diligence, property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.- Experience in representing clients in property transactions and dispute resolution related to real estate matters.- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication, negotiation, and client engagement abilities.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.- LLB degree from a recognized institution; prior experience in real estate law is highly desirable.
