The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring IT professionals, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage client requirements effectively.Responsibilities- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.- Conduct job and task analysis to document role requirements.- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on relevant platforms.- Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and fit.- Conduct structured and competency-based interviews.- Maintain effective candidate communication throughout the hiring process.- Provide well-documented recruitment reports to internal teams.- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.- Stay updated on company policies and employment laws.- Manage client staffing requirements and ensure timely closures.- Coordinate with clients to understand job needs and provide regular updates.-Requirements- 2–4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in technical recruitment.- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.- Experience with phone screening, reference checks, and hiring processes.- Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, and candidate management tools.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.- Experience handling client requirements or client communication.-Preferred Qualifications- Technical understanding of IT roles and skills.- Experience with employer branding or online sourcing strategies.- HR or recruitment certifications (added advantage).-How to ApplyPlease send your resume to: Contact@kyroscorp.comOr apply directly through LinkedIn.
