At Kyros, we believe in building strong teams, fostering professional growth, and creating a collaborative environment where talent can thrive.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring IT professionals, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage client requirements effectively.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and update job descriptions and job specifications.Conduct job and task analysis to document role requirements.Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on relevant platforms.Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and fit.Conduct structured and competency-based interviews.Maintain effective candidate communication throughout the hiring process.Provide well-documented recruitment reports to internal teams.Conduct reference checks and background verifications.Stay updated on company policies and employment laws.Manage client staffing requirements and ensure timely closures.Coordinate with clients to understand job needs and provide regular updates.Requirements2–4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in technical recruitment.Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.Experience with phone screening, reference checks, and hiring processes.Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, and candidate management tools.Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.Experience handling client requirements or client communication.Preferred QualificationsTechnical understanding of IT roles and skills.Experience with employer branding or online sourcing strategies.HR or recruitment certifications (added advantage).How to ApplyPlease send your resume to: Contact@kyroscorp.comOr apply directly through LinkedIn.
