Job Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Jr. HR Executive to lead our recruitment efforts for IT roles, overseeing the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage various channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate fit, and collaborate with the technical team to select the best candidates.Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manage interview scheduling, and ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate recruitment records, develop candidate pipelines, and meet critical hiring deadlines.Foster employer branding initiatives by promoting job openings across multiple platforms and engaging with potential candidates.Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, including documentation, induction planning, and benefits administration.Essential Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT company environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR principles, and industry trends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office, and popular hiring platforms.
