Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist (US Staffing Experience Required)Location: Hyderabad (On-site)Experience: 2–5 years (preferred from US Staffing/Recruiting companies)About the Role: We are looking for an HR professional who has hands-on experience working with US staffing firms and strong knowledge of both India HR operations and US onboarding/documentation processes. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR activities for our Hyderabad office while also supporting US compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:India HR & OperationsManage end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities for India employees.Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.Maintain HR records, employee files, and compliance-related documents.Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR administration.Work closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations.US Staffing–Related ResponsibilitiesManage US onboarding documentation for consultants (C2C, W2, 1099).Review and coordinate US paperwork such as MSA, SOW, onboarding packets, tax forms, and compliance documents.Ensure proper verification, document collection, and policy adherence.Work with recruiters and consultants to complete onboarding tasks and address documentation queries.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–5 years of HR experience from a US staffing company (mandatory).Strong understanding of US tax terms: C2C, W2, 1099.Knowledge of MSA, SOW, onboarding packets, and compliance for US placements.Solid understanding of India HR processes including payroll, onboarding, HR operations, and statutory compliance basics.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive.Nice-to-Have:Experience working with ATS or HRMS tools.Exposure to maintaining consultant records for US clients.
