Its operations integrate technology and consumer insights to manage scale and efficiency.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR professional to strengthen our employee engagement and employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate should be confident, people-focused, and comfortable representing HR during employee activities and organisational events.Key Responsibilities:Anchor and facilitate employee engagement events, activities, and internal functionsPlan and execute engagement initiatives for both office and kitchen teamsBuild strong employee relations through regular interactions and on-ground presenceVisit kitchen locations to conduct activities and strengthen team connectSupport HR in cultural building initiatives, communication, and employee experienceAssist in grievance support and maintaining a positive work cultureSupport in resolution of HRIS tasks & queries. Pre Requisites:0–2 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or similar people-facing rolesPrior experience in hosting college events, anchoring shows, or leading employee engagement activities is a strong advantageStrong communication, presentation, and crowd-handling skillsEnergetic, approachable, people-oriented, and confident in interacting with diverse teamsCreative mindset with basic design sense to create posters and engagement creativesWillingness to travel to kitchen sites as part of engagement and employee relations
