As a Performance Marketer, you'll be responsible for driving the growth engine of our digital footprint while preserving an authentic voice.The Role:Develop and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms to boost conversions.Analyze funnel performance, build data-driven hypotheses for scalable growth loops.In this role, you'll collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate ad creatives and landing pages.Set up, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and click-through rate (CTR).Bulk remarketing campaigns to increase customer retention.Run A/B experiments to discover and scale growth opportunities.Coordinate with marketplaces and affiliates for growth opportunities.Requirements:A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics tools.Business acumen, love running experiments, reading numbers.Working knowledge of Shopify, email/SMS automation tools.Creative eye and sensitivity to brand tone.Ownership attitude, think like a business builder.
