Job Description:As a desktop support specialist, you will be responsible for providing second-level technical support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripheral issues. This includes diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues escalated from the L1 support team, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software applications, and system updates.The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical problems quickly and efficiently. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end users, IT team members, and other stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.2-4 years of experience in a desktop support or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.Experience with Active Directory, group policies, and user account management.Familiarity with remote desktop tools and support software.Benefits:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
