Clinical Application SpecialistAs a Clinical Application Specialist, you will drive and execute clinical application and operation training for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. Your responsibilities include making training plans, providing outstanding application training and support to customers, and establishing long-term customer relationships.You will collect customer feedback and excellent clinical images/cases, summarize them to support product sales and new product research, and assist in establishing regional expert resources and maintaining expert relations. Additionally, you will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of reference hospitals in your region and assist the sales and marketing team in achieving company sales targets and business growth.Develop and implement training plans for high-end medical imaging systems;Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and clinical application of medical imaging systems;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs and materials;Conduct site visits and assessments to identify customer needs and provide solutions;Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;Key Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, 5+ years of experience as a radiographer or radiologist, or 3+ years of experience as an application specialist are required.
