Job Overview:As a technical support engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert assistance to enterprise customers experiencing technical issues with our platform. Your focus will be on troubleshooting problems related to current configurations and resolving complex technical challenges efficiently.You will serve as the primary escalation point for customer-reported technical issues, conducting thorough investigations and debugging problems involving platform functionality, integrations, data discrepancies, and user configuration. You will utilize tools such as SQL, Postman, and log monitoring systems to perform in-depth root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve bugs.In addition, you will act as a technical advisor for assigned enterprise customers, developing a deep understanding of their configuration, integration, and support history. You will participate in regular customer check-ins or quarterly business reviews alongside customer success managers and proactively monitor enterprise account health, flagging potential issues before they become blockers.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is desirable but not required.Experience with procurement preferably or any SaaS products is also preferred.
