Job Title: ConsultantThe Role of an OTM/GTM Consultant.Provide functional consulting services for the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) modules, with a strong focus on implementation and optimization.Work collaboratively with clients to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the implemented solutions.Develop and maintain expertise in the various OTM/GTM modules, including Party Screening, Item Classification, Compliance & License Management, Shipment planning, Rate setup/configuration, Automation rules/agents, Data integration, UI configuration, and Full end-to-end implementations.Key Responsibilities:Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions.Implement and optimize the OTM/GTM system to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Develop and deliver training programs to ensure client adoption and usage of the implemented solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in OTM/GTM functional consulting.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and client handling skills.Good understanding of Oracle ERP (EBS) configuration.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, XML/XSL, HTML, BI Publisher.
