Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end support of construction project lifecycle, encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination and resource management.The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Preparation of integrated project schedules using project scheduling software;Planning and monitoring functional schedules with focus on sequencing, durations, dependencies, constraints and resource requirement;Conducting project schedule analysis to identify delay or lags in the project and deriving mitigation strategies to overcome delays;Managing discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns and developing mitigation actions;Inter discipline and inter functional coordination engineering, procurement and construction;Supporting in project contract management including alignment of contractual terms with project objectives;Assisting in monitoring contractor performance;Stakeholder progress reporting through MIS reports and generating key action points for the project.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess:5-10 years of experience in project planning/project management/contracts management for power and renewable energy projects;Minimum 2 years of experience in thermal projects;Good presentation skills and a good command on English;Some consulting experience;Experience of using tools like Power BI is desirable;Early/immediate joiners.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop your skills in project management.OthersIf you are a motivated and experienced project manager looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
