Job TitleWe are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the delivery of complex technology and change initiatives across our financial services portfolio.This role is ideal for a proactive and structured individual with strong stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of banking operations, and a track record of managing large-scale technology projects.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute project plans to deliver technology projects within the banking and financial services domain.Determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.Manage project finances, forecasts, and tracking to ensure cost-effective delivery.Construct and maintain detailed project schedules, risk registers, and progress reports.Required Skills & Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager within financial services, preferably in banking technology or large-scale IT transformation.Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects (e.g., core banking systems, payments, digital channels, data & analytics).A deep understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
