Role: Senior Database Admin

Preferable immediate-15 days Joiners

Responsibilities

  • 8-12 years of experience at a relevant experience in MongoDB database administration
  • Excellent knowledge in MongoDB architecture and internals.
  • Excellent experience in MongoDB backup/restore mechanisms.
  • Experience in MongoDB database patching/upgrades , knowledge in MongoDB replicaset and sharding.
  • Good Experience in PostgreSQL database administration, PostgreSQL architecture and PostgreSQL HA and clustering.
  • Knowledge in PostgreSQL monitoring tools and PostgreSQL backup/restore mechanisms.
  • Excellent knowledge in MySQL database administration and MySQL monitoring tools along with MySQL backup/restore mechanisms. Experience Cassandra database administration and Cassandra architecture and Cassandra HA and clustering.
  • Good knowledge in Cassandra backup/restore mechanisms.
  • Experience in database auditing, logging and security practices, Performance Tuning, and Diagnostics.
  • Good knowledge in Database migration and knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems Experience in Agile working practices and working on modern automation technologies (e.g. Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform) Good knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Experience in database and SQL performance monitoring/tuning.
