Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Scheduling Specialist for our healthcare agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless placement of qualified healthcare professionals into various healthcare facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shifts, maintaining accurate records, and fostering positive relationships with both clients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule healthcare professionals for shifts based on client needs and employee availability.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with healthcare facilities to understand staffing needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including healthcare industry standards and labour laws.
- Problem Solving: Address staffing challenges proactively, finding creative solutions to meet client needs and maintain high levels of service.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are musts.
- Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
- Grad/UG with a minimum of 1 Year of International Voice Process/International Recruitment experience may apply.
- Candidate should be ok to work in Canadian shifts.
