Talent Acquisition StrategistThe primary objective of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent.Design and execute recruitment plans for senior-level positions across various functions, leveraging a range of sourcing channels and techniques.Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and create targeted hiring campaigns.Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including job boards, referral sources, and talent communities.Provide coaching and guidance to the recruitment team, focusing on interviewing and candidate assessment best practices.Develop and implement competency frameworks, structured interview processes, and performance metrics to enhance hiring efficiency.Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize time-to-fill, and improve overall hiring effectiveness.RequirementsTo excel in this position, you will need:A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent management.A proven track record of hiring for diverse business and technical roles within fast-growing organizations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.Proficiency in using modern hiring tools and ATS platforms, as well as a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry developments.A data-driven approach to driving recruitment improvements and optimizing hiring strategies.Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, allowing you to navigate complex situations and achieve desired outcomes.Comfort working remotely with distributed teams and adapting to changing priorities.This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success by driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives and developing a world-class recruitment function.
