The key focus areas include acquiring relevant users for the US Market across various categories such as Math, Language, and Music on web and App.Channel Expansion:Identify and test new user acquisition channels to boost growth.Run pilot programs with clear metrics and assess their feasibility for scaling.Recommend channels for optimization or elimination based on data-driven insights.Funnel Enhancement (Existing Channels):Conduct thorough audits and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels for enhanced efficiency.Drive ongoing conversion rate optimization for landing pages and critical user flows.Collaborate with Marketing/Product teams to increase productivity and LTV/CAC.Experimentation & Data Analysis:Manage a prioritized A/B testing pipeline spanning multiple channels and funnels.Execute experiments using testing tools and document hypotheses, results, and key takeaways.Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks.Data Governance & Reporting:Ensure accurate tracking setup and data integrity.Develop dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports including CAC, LTV, and conversions.Provide actionable insights from data analysis to inform growth strategies.
