Lead the WayThis is a challenging opportunity to lead a team of skilled engineers across multiple shifts. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting priorities, distributing tasks, and ensuring a proper workload balance within the team.You will drive professional development through training, coaching, and ongoing feedback. This includes conducting periodic 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and goal-setting. Additionally, you will recruit, onboard, and integrate new engineers into the team, while building and maintaining a culture of accountability, high performance, and service quality.Operational OversightYou will own the day-to-day operations of the entire NOC function, ensuring consistent monitoring, alert handling, and operational routine execution. This includes ensuring all teams consistently follow predefined procedures, escalation paths, and runbooks.In addition, you will validate and improve health checks, monitoring dashboards, and operational KPIs. You will also oversee shift handovers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and continuity of operations.Incident ManagementYou will serve as the primary incident coordinator for major incidents (P1/P2) and oversee response efforts across shifts. This includes ensuring correct triage, prioritization, and mitigation actions by the team.You will coordinate escalation to Tier 2/3, Infrastructure, Security, and relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, you will lead post-incident reviews, ensuring documentation, root cause analysis, and follow-up action items are completed.Service Quality & Continuous ImprovementYou will monitor team performance, SLAs, and KPIs; ensure targets are met or exceeded. This includes identifying recurring issues, monitoring gaps, or operational inefficiencies and driving improvement initiatives.You will own and update NOC processes, SOPs, runbooks, and documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Networking, Security, DevOps, etc.) to enhance system reliability and monitoring coverage.Communication & ReportingYou will provide clear and consistent communication to management regarding incidents, trends, risks, and operational status. This includes delivering daily/weekly operational reports, including incident summaries and team performance insights.You will represent the NOC function in internal meetings, service reviews, and cross-team coordination sessions.
