About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Lead to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for standardizing, simplifying and automating transactional activities.As a Global Process Lead, you will lead global process improvements, drive service delivery consistency across towers/units from the shared service provider for transactional services.You will identify value-added opportunities, collaborate extensively with business, finance and technology stakeholders, and implement effective end-to-end solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in operational finance, and expertise in SAP finance modules. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in advanced MS Excel.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance to global procedures and operating methodologies (GPOM) in transactional areas and refine GPOM on an ongoing basis.Develop and maintain end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) knowledge with hands-on SAP experience at a transactional level to guide the service provider to improve efficiency in operations.Understand Vendor-Managed Inventory Systems (VDMS) and vendor management, focusing on improving vendor-related metrics.Identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using bot solutions to create more efficiencies.Review and revise global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and practices.Ensure consistent levels of service delivery by the service provider and engage with units in service to improve or sustain them.Define and update Risk and Control matrices (RACM), review and resolve RACM audit findings, and support Coats Group Internal Audit and External Audit teams in their assignments.Provide support and guidance to the business through the implementation of standardized processes and controls, monitoring compliance with group policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.Plan and conduct reviews on financial and operational aspects and identify control deficiencies, suggest improvements.Requirements:Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in P2P; at least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferred.Semi-qualified Accountant with minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience (PTP); at least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferred.Strong leadership skills, experience in operating with senior finance teams, leading and developing remote teams.Non-positional influencing skills.Internal Accounting standards knowledge.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in SAP finance modules.Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.English proficiency.Desirable Skills:Strategic thinking.Stakeholder management.Proactivity.Communication skills, ability to challenge, persuade and influence.Conflict management.Analytical and logical thinking skills.Emotional intelligence.Growth mindset.Readsoft knowledge.We offer:A dynamic work environment where you can thrive and make an impact in the textile industry.
