Operational Excellence SpecialistThe Operational Excellence Specialist is a key contributor to driving business success through the implementation of process improvements, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies. This role sits at the intersection of operational efficiency, quality assurance, and data-driven decision making.ResponsibilitiesDrive operational excellence initiatives across departments to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.Develop and implement effective process improvement plans, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and industry standards.Ensure regulatory compliance by analyzing and interpreting relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes that drive business value.Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for internal stakeholders on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement best practices.RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Master's degree or advanced training in operational excellence, quality management, or a related field is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 5–7 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field.Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, ISO standards (27001, 9001), and industry-specific regulations.Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency gains.Technical SkillsProficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), document control systems, and audit software.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with operational excellence platforms and data analytics tools.Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.Knowledge of information security principles, data classification, incident response, and access control mechanisms.
