Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Senior Solution Consultant - Supply Chain Consulting In this role, the Sr. Solution Consultant is a trusted advisor and technical expert. You'll lead the design and delivery of Maestro-based solutions, collaborating closely with clients to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards. Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams. Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos. Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization. Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance. Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality. Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing. Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e., operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization Develop the Maestro resources (workbooks, worksheets, etc.) to provide functionality. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience preferred Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed Why join Genpact?
