Our distinctive workspaces are sanctuaries for design enthusiasts, each visit reflects our promise of craftsmanship, creativity, and heritage.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a resourceful Legal officer with a background in Real estate law to help us manage vendor relationships, support external coordination, and maintain smooth execution across government, legal, and supplier networks. This role requires strong communication skills, travel flexibility, and an understanding of contract or property law is a definite plus.ResponsibilitiesVendor & External CoordinationAct as the key point of contact between Aldecor and external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.Coordinate with local authorities, site vendors, and service providers to ensure timely approvals, procurement, and compliance.Conduct site visits, collect documentation, and monitor on-site vendor activities.Government & Legal LiaisingLiaise with government departments for licenses, NOCs, permits, or documentation.Support the legal team with property-related documentation and follow-ups.Ensure timely submission and tracking of legal and compliance paperwork.Operational SupportMaintain logs of vendor performance, delivery schedules, and documentation.Collaborate with internal teams (design, accounts, execution) to align vendor timelines with project goals.Assist with any administrative or field-level tasks that enable smooth project execution.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law, or relevant field1–3 years of experience in liaison/vendor coordination or field supportFamiliarity with government liaison processes or real estate documentation is a plusWillingness to travel frequently to project sites and government officesStrong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skillsProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation toolsHow to ApplyIf you're someone who enjoys staying on the move, thrives on follow-ups, and knows how to get things done—send us: Resume hr@aldecorindia.in
