Industry: Finance / Banking / NBFC Location: C.R. Park, New Delhi Working Days: 6 days a week Education Qualification LLB (Completed) Enrolled or eligible to enroll as an Advocate (preferred) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Advocate or in a legal back-office role Mandatory experience working in property / home loan back-office hubs such as legal vetting, verification, and mortgage-related documentation Key Responsibilities: TSR Verification & Vetting: Conduct thorough Title Search Report (TSR) checks, document scrutiny, legal vetting of property papers, and compliance review. Post Follow-Up & Mortgage Creation: Coordinate with internal teams, banks/NBFCs, and clients for follow-ups related to documentation, pending queries, and completion of mortgage creation formalities. Review and verify property-related documents including sale deeds, chain documents, NOCs, and sanction letters. Ensure proper legal compliance and documentation accuracy for mortgage processing. Maintain case records, follow-up trackers, and timely reporting. Required Skills: Strong understanding of property documentation and home loan legal processes Experience in banking, finance, NBFC, or home-loan legal backend operations Good knowledge of title verification, legal vetting, mortgage-related documentation Strong communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to handle time-bound tasks
