Title: Senior Support Engineer
We are looking for a senior support engineer with a minimum of five years of experience in support and two years of experience in Salesforce admin . The candidate should have a strong understanding of the support process. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Handling support tickets.
Facilitating client meetings and providing resolutions for configuration/admin issues.
All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings.
Proficient in salesforce data modelling, Security and Analytics
Assist team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed.
Requirements
Any Salesforce Admin certification is mandate.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Prior relevant (as per the above responsibilities) experience in Product based firm is required.
