Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily facility operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities management.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement daily facility workaround checklists.Coordinate with clients on pending complaints and bills.Brief Facility Executives on planned activities and major building compliance.Monitor security and housekeeping logbooks, reporting any issues.Prepare weekly reports and coordinate with vendors.Ensure month-end consumable checks and indents are completed.Prepare material snag lists and coordinate quotations with multiple vendors.Implement services according to PPM and facility upkeep calendars.Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of property operations, occupational safety, and client-centric operations. They should also have solid background in team management and be able to work within approved budgets.Benefits:A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.A Hotel Management Graduate degree is required.
