Facility Operations ManagerThe key responsibility of this role is to oversee the daily operations of a property, working closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure seamless execution.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services. They will also strive for continuous improvement in processes and procedures.A critical aspect of this role is managing supply contracts as approved by clients. The Facility Operations Manager must maintain an eye on the property's supplies, ensuring adequate stocks and materials are available at all times.They will help mitigate risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans, as well as monitoring health and safety issues. The ideal candidate will take on challenging tasks, seek opportunities to improve operations, and collaborate with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service-level agreements.Daily site inspections and critical area checksResponsibility for tracking and closing tickets within SLAVendor management (onsite)Coordination with the LL teamCollaboration with the Site FM team for daily activitiesPreparation of material BOQ if requiredManpower deployment managementInventory management/store managementMaintenance of facility checklists and upkeep recordsPreparation of regular reportsEnergy consumption and data analysisManagement of weekly, monthly FM & LL MOMsMaintenance of admin recordsAlignment of manpower and vendors according to 52-week PPM calendar schedulesRegular SS team briefings,Daily observations and closuresWork permit issuance and record-keepingFlexible work schedules and shift jobs
