We also offer foundational IT support and strategic branding to ensure sustained digital growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Kozhikode. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive growth and achieve business targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid search and social media advertising campaigns, conducting market and competitor research, analyzing campaign performance data, and collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad content. The Performance Marketer will also work on A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to maximize ROI.QualificationsProficiency in paid search and social media advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)Strong knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniquesExperience in market research and competitor analysisAbility to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insightsExcellent communication, collaboration, and project management skillsFamiliarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)Detail-oriented with strong time management skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
