We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a North America marketing head for the Telecom industry and Media & Entertainment industry.
As the marketing head for one of these verticals, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies, including Account Based Marketing, Events, Campaigns, Digital Channels and Demand Generation.
Working closely with the leadership teams from the business unit, you will ensure complete alignment with the business strategy and goals, to enable strategic business objectives. Through your team, you will communicate key messages to defined target audiences, establishing our thought leadership and creatively showcasing our strengths and key differentiators to the industry decision-makers and key influencers.
Drive strategic programs to showcase HCLTech’s vision, propositions, solutions, services and more
Design innovative client engagement programs and platforms towards awareness creation, deepening relationships and demand generation
Creating CXO engagement platforms
Campaigns: Multi-channel persona/demand signal-based, personalized campaigns, content Syndication and social selling
Creation and curation of engaging content and content experience management
Collaborate with sales to build, maintain and execute marketing plans aligned with the business objectives to drive pipeline generation & revenue growth through

Develop marketing strategies that build brand reputation and establish HCLTech as a thought leader in the industry
Work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, videos, thought leadership content, client-generated content and webinars, that engage target accounts and key client stakeholders across the buyer journey
Create in-market capability differentiation to impact deal throughput and outcomes
Collaborate with the sales team to identify high-value target accounts and develop ABM initiatives & segmented marketing campaigns that resonate with their business requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to identify Key stakeholders & buyer groups to run people-based marketing initiatives
Track and analyze content/ campaigns/ events performance to optimize future initiatives and improve ROI
Provide reporting to the leadership team against agreed performance measures and provide insights on future strategies
Marketing planning, budgeting, roll-out, tracking and executive reporting with actionable insights
Analytical and reporting skills
