Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our conversational intelligence solutions for the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving critical product and business initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs. Objectives of this Role
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive the development and enhancement of conversational intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Define and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
- Lead iterative development processes, making data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talk to Customers: Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Devise Product Strategy: Define long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision.
- Conceptualize New Solutions: Use a problem-first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach for product conceptualization.
- Build Products: Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to build impactful and customer-centric products.
- Launch Products: Execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Own Outcomes: Take ownership of product areas and measure progress through data and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
- Product Management Experience in Automotive products, especially conversational intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
