We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn lead generation campaigns, create engaging content strategies, and run paid ad campaigns to generate quality B2B leads.You will play a key role in increasing our brand's visibility, driving conversions, and growing our professional network.Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns (organic and paid).- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, InMail) for ROI.- Build and manage LinkedIn content calendar with posts, articles, and campaigns.- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools.- Track campaign analytics and prepare performance reports.- Optimize company page and personal branding strategies for leadership profiles.- Collaborate with sales and design teams for creative and messaging alignment.Required Skills- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, and Analytics.- Experience with LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Retargeting, etc.).- Good understanding of B2B marketing and social media trends.- Strong communication and copywriting skills.- Ability to create and manage LinkedIn content calendars.- Basic understanding of CRM or automation platforms like HubSpot or Apollo (preferred).Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.- Minimum 1 year of LinkedIn marketing or lead generation experience.- Proven record of successful LinkedIn ad campaigns or organic lead growth.Perks- Performance-based bonuses- Flexible working hours- Growth-oriented work environment
