K&K Global Talent Solutions Inc. is expanding its recruitment and account management team 🚀We’re looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about building talent pipelines and managing client relationships across the US and Canada, including IT markets.Job Title: Account Manager – US Staffing (Full-Time Hiring For TCS Account)Location: Onsite (Noida Sector 63)Type: Full-Time4–8 years of experience in US Staffing (Direct Hire / Full-Time hiring).Manage and grow assigned client accounts in the US region.Understand client hiring needs, business priorities, and culture for accurate candidate alignment.Obtain and analyze full-time hiring requirements from clients.Prioritize urgent and niche job orders to ensure timely submission.Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure quality delivery.Ensure high-quality candidate submissions with proper screening and documentation.Review resumes before sending to clients to ensure alignment with job expectations.Maintain submission-to-interview-to-offer ratio with continuous improvement.Identify opportunities for account expansion (new roles, new departments, new clients).Drive placement revenue through successful closures of full-time positions.Strong knowledge of US job markets, industries, and hiring trends.Experience managing multiple clients at once.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring.Experience in ATS platforms (Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, etc.) preferred.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targetsIf you have the drive to grow in a fast-paced global staffing environment, this is a great opportunity
