Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer, Applications Engineering to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications that meet our clients' needs and drive business growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software applicationsDesign and develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable software solutionsImplement and optimize application performance to ensure high-quality user experiencesConduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersTroubleshoot and debug complex software issues in a timely mannerParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deploymentStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our applicationsDocument technical specifications, design decisions, and development processesMentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's overall growth and success QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred3-5 years of experience in applications engineering or related fieldStrong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or JavaProficiency in software development methodologies and best practicesExperience with application architecture and design patternsKnowledge of database systems and SQLFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issuesProficiency in version control systems, preferably GitStrong understanding of software performance optimization techniquesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in developing and maintaining complex software applications Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
