ServiceNow ProfessionalIllumina is seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented ServiceNow Administrator/Developer specializing in one or more ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITAM, SAM, HR, and WSD.Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow platform via incident, request, and problem resolution.Provide ongoing operational support and maintenance including planned maintenance outages.Ensure the platform remains up-to-date via regular patching, upgrades, and health scan resolutions.Develop workflows and catalog items as part of enhancements and projects to meet business needs.Monitor and fine-tune plugins to achieve optimal performance levels.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support the organization's growing ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, you will drive solutions on the ServiceNow Platform by predominantly configuring and developing ServiceNow modules. You will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting issues regarding the health, availability, performance, and issues of the platform.About This RoleThis position requires a high level of technical expertise in ServiceNow configuration, development, and implementation.
