About the Role
We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the founder on high-impact projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants an inside look at how an agency is built and scaled—from strategy and operations to marketing and client management.

Location - South Delhi, Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the founder in day-to-day strategic and operational tasks.
- Conduct research across industries (marketing, AI, consumer brands, healthcare, etc.) and prepare insights/reports.
- Support in business development: drafting proposals, outreach decks, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Work on internal branding and content for Sociodip Network.
- Handle client communication, scheduling, and project documentation where required.
- Contribute ideas for growth experiments, marketing campaigns, and process improvements.
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
- Interest in marketing, brand strategy, and startups.
- Problem-solving mindset with high ownership and curiosity.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and basic Excel/Sheets.
- Bonus: Exposure to performance marketing, content creation, or design tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
