Job Description:As a seasoned Oracle Functional Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading and supporting the optimization of financial processes, system configuration, and end-user enablement. The ideal candidate will possess expertise across core finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Credit Management, and Tax) for all O2C, R2R, and P2P business processes with a deep understanding of accounting principles.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze finance process requirementsConfigure and maintain Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Credit Management, and TaxMap business processes for P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles to Oracle functionalitiesDevelop functional specification documents and configuration workbooksLead data conversions, mappings, and own all finance-related objects for opening balances, AP/AR transactions, and assetsCoordinate with technical teams on integrations and conduct system testingTroubleshoot and resolve functional issues, manage Oracle SRs for defect resolution, and provide end-user trainingSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities, develop test plans, and ensure quality deliverablesRequired Skills and Qualifications:7+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Finance Consultant (Fusion or EBS)Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP / IFRS)Hands-on experience configuring GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Credit Management, and Tax modulesExperience with financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View)Understanding of financial integrations with third-party systemsExcellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skillsTeam player working with internal and external stakeholdersBenefits:Oracle Financials Cloud CertificationExperience working in Leasing, Retail, and related industriesExposure to Revenue Recognition principles, integrations with 3rd parties, and related reconciliationsCPA, CMA, or ACCA certificationOthers:Assist in change management activities, including communications and training rollout, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for financial systems.
