Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Digital Project Director to lead the execution of high-impact digital initiatives and drive strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps.The ideal candidate will leverage strong expertise in martech, analytics, and project management to ensure structured governance, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision-making across digital, analytics, and martech platforms.Digital Project Management & DeliveryDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, sprint plans, RAID logs, delivery schedules, and meeting notes.Lead end-to-end execution of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging project management tools like Wrike or other PM tools to monitor task progress and manage timelines.Proactively identify risks early, escalate blockers, and ensure timely resolution.Maintain all project-related documents aligned with organisational framework and drive internal audits.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, technology, analytics, and UX teams to ensure scope clarity, feasibility, and delivery consistency.Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to convert business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with C-level executives required.Analytics, Optimization & Martech EnablementDrive the team of Data & Web Analysts and aid the use of analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare) to evaluate performance, uncover insights, and identify optimisation opportunities.Reporting, Audits & GovernancePrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports summarising KPIs, project milestones, insights, and recommendations.Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-driven insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.
